Aperitif ‘Matterhorn’

Food: Air-dried Valais specialities: dried meat, raw ham, bacon, local sausage, Valais mountain cheese, dried fruit and nuts, excellent rye bread, dried meat tartare, baked fondue cubes, pear with bacon, chicken skewers, puff pastry, cholera, apricot cakes

Price: CHF 55.- per person
The stand-up aperitifs can be booked for groups of 10 or more. Depending on the number of people and the weather, they take place in the Restaurant Riffelhaus 1853 or in the Buffet & Bar Riffelberg.
On the performace dates the aperitif starts either at 5:30 pm (Thursday to Saturday) or at 12 am (Sunday and 1 August ).

The booked menus are served in the Restaurant Riffelhaus 1853 on the performance days: Thursday to Saturday from 5 pm, on Sunday and on1 August, from 11.30 am.
